Accepting Applications for the 2017 Perfect Attendance Program
The Minnesota Twins recognize that good performance in school begins with good attendance and they’re excited to team up with Minnesota Middle School Association to create the Perfect Attendance Incentive Program. We’ve had a great experience for many years!
What are the Twins offering? Each middle school that participates will select one middle school student that met the criteria to attend a Twins Baseball game in May/June 2017. That student must be in grades 5-9!
We are now accepting applications for the 2017 program and schools will be accepted on a first come basis until all available spots are full. At that time additional schools will be put on a waiting list.
The Twins will provide a maximum of 4 tickets for that student and their family members to attend. The Twins are working to develop some great activities and incentives that will take place during the game that may include: One lucky student may be selected to throw out the first pitch.
Each selected student will represent their middle school on the field prior to the game as part of a pre-game ceremony recognizing their accomplishment.
You will be notified once the exact game date has been determined. In April, we will also ask you to provide your one student name that will be representing your school.
By completing this form you are acknowledging that your school will honor the process and participate in this program. The demand is far greater than available spots and we want to ensure that we have full participation from those that sign up.
